God purposed in the heart of Rev. Ron Shull to create a congregation of believers that would grow in their faith, embrace families, and strengthen their communities. The members of Gateway Church have been working together to accomplish this dream one step at a time beginning in Duncanville, then in DeSoto, and now in Midlothian, Texas!
For 27 years, a seed has been growing. By planting that seed into the hearts of his congregation, Rev. Shull’s vision has inspired countless members over the years through his leadership and compassion. Numerous ministries have been founded to help the hurting, encourage families, strengthen communities, and teach children God’s Word.
Here at Gateway, our programs encourages, empowers, and enlists a generation of people to discover their potential, develop their spiritual gifts, and fulfill their God-given destiny.
Gateway Church provides a nurturing environment for all ages encouraging personal and spiritual growth through Spirit-filled worship, Biblical teachings, and Christian fellowships. As we have re-established ourselves in Ellis County, we have embarked on a brand new journey.
